Can I buy directly from the Factory Shop?

Yes, you are able to purchase goods directly from our Factory Shop. Our Factory Shop times for pick up is Monday to Thursday: 10:00 to 15:00, Friday: 10.00 to 13:00, Saturday and Sunday: Closed.

Can I customise my order?

Yes, you can sent through your custom designs, logos and specifications and our skillful team of designers and fabricators will craft your custom bag, sports item or plastic welded product for you. You can add the to your quote on our website. Please note that our minimum quantity for customized products is 100 units per design.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay  EFT (electronic funds transfer), debit or credit card or using Paypal. No Cash accepted.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery lead times are dependent on the individual order. All times are listed from confirmation of proof of deposit, confirmed order, design and specifications. Our sales team will inform you of the delivery time if delivery is requested.
